Typically, the design of these systems have followed the same sequence of events:

1. Engineers contact Puleo engineers asking for a solution for their requirements.
2. They provide specifications, sometimes highly defined, sometimes roughly sketched.
3. Puleo engineers then discuss the application with the client engineer. If a solution is within the realm of the company's capabilities, a proposal is generated.
4. This proposal, if approved, is followed by a formal quote with an AutoCAD drawing (if required).
5. Based on this quote, a Purchase Order is then generated.
6. After the scheduled delivery, Puleo engineers provide ongoing technical support, through phone and email, throughout the installation.
